To learn more about the Knights of Columbus and the St. Michael Council, please visit our website at http://www.kofc8980.org MASS AVAILABLE IN OUR NURSERY THANKS to the Knights of Columbus, we now have a TV in the Nursery so that parents with young children can not only hear the Mass, but also see it on the TV making their participation in the Mass more meaningful. The installation team was led by Knight John Luse assisted by Knights Mike Urso, Richard Rogers, & Aelred Pereira. A NOTE OF APPRECIATION Members of the St. Michael Knights of Columbus Council 8980 celebrated their 25th Anniversary in the parish Duffy Center on June 13th. The day began with Guest of Honor, Most Reverend Robert E. Guglielmone, Bishop of Charleston, celebrating to 11:00 am Mass. This was followed by a dinner attended by over 200 Knights, parishoners and friends. Grand Knight, Denny Laczo, and all members of Council 8980 extend appreciation to Bishop Guglielmone for joining us on this special day, and to Father Ray Carlo, the wives, our parish office staff, advertisers, Boy Scouts, and caterer Eric Wagner and staff. This event, probably the largest of the year, was a success thanks to the efforts of many. Thank you!! |
