SMCS ANNUAL SPRING AUCTION GALA and WINE TASTING SEMINAR

When: Saturday, April 25, 2009


Where: St. Michael Catholic School, Duffy Center (auction) and School Library


What is happening first: Wine Tasting Seminar proceeds the actual spring auction event. Tickets for this wine testing event is $12 per person. Must be 21 and older to purchase a ticket for this event. Wine Tasting Seminar will begin in the school library at 5:15 pm and will end at 6:00 pm. Event is limited to 50 tickets. Tasting & Seminar will include light hors d’oeuvres to compliment the wines being tasted.


Spring Auction Details: Spring Auction & Dinner – Tickets $25 per person.
Doors open at 6:00 pm – You will receive your auction program, auction paddle and dinner table number. Silent Auction items will be on display and available for silent bidding.

Welcome & Blessing will be at 6:30 pm. Beverages will be available at this time. Tea, coffee, soda and water are included. Beer & wine beverages will be available by donation.

Dinner will begin being served to your table at 6:45 pm. Desserts will also be available at this time.

Silent auction tables will begin closing at 7:30 pm and the winners will be announced.

The live auction will begin at 8:00 pm.

After the live auction is complete, music and dancing will commence until 10:00 pm.

Dinner will include the following:

Mixed Greens Salad, 6 oz. Outback Steak, 5 oz. Grilled Chicken, Fresh Steamed French Green Beans, Bread, Dessert Station, Coffee, Tea, Soda & Water

Beer & Wine Station: by cash donation

Tickets for the Auction and the Wine Tasting & Seminar are available by advance purchase only. Tickets will NOT be available at the door. Dress code is dressy casual or creative casual, with a luau flair! Don’t be shy! Remember we are having a Craziest Hawaiian Shirt contest and a Best Dressed Contest.
