Wouldn’t it be wonderful to offer the students instruction in interesting, applied academic areas? At St. Michael Catholic School, we are doing just that with innovative classes, such as Travel & Geography, Banking or How to become a Millionaire, Newspaper & Photography, Cooking, and more.
Students meet for their elective courses twice a week for a semester. New courses will be offered each semester. Elective courses are taken pass/fail and carry no homework aside from bringing in items for group projects. For example, a student might bring a sombrero to school for a travel class project.
