Attention Parents/Guardians of students in grades 5-8…You have two options when picking up your child’s report card and ITBS information.
Express: Homeroom teachers will be available in their rooms 12 Noon – 1:15 pm on November 5 & 6 for those who would like to expedite the parent/teacher conference. As always, you can contact any of the faculty with questions or concerns that arise.
Traditional Parent Conferences: All four junior high teachers will be meeting together with parents/guardians 1:30-3:30 pm on November 5 & 6 in the school library. Conferences will be handled on a first come-first serve basis. We ask that each conference be limited to 10 minutes so that all parents can be accommodated. We will have our calendars ready to re-schedule any extended discussions. Parents of students in grades 6 & 7 please try to attend on Thursday, while parents of students in grades 5 & 8 attend on Friday. Of course, if you are already here for a sibling’s conference, then you are welcome on either day.
No appointments or pre-notifications are required for either conference type. You are invited to come at the time that is convenient for you. However, all parents/guardians must meet with their homeroom teacher, individually or with the group of junior high teachers, to obtain their child’s report card.
