Science Fair 2009 information

This information is for students in grades 5-8.

All assignments for the written report must be typed using font Times New Roman, font size 12, with normal 1” margins. The typed work should also be double-spaced. Refer to page 26 in the Science Fair packet for models of each section.

If a student needs access to a computer, he/she can use the computers in the science classroom during lunch, provided that there are computers available.

Updated Deadlines:

• October 26 – Introduction and Procedure due
  
• October 30 – Data and Results due
  
• November 2 – Students will start presentations of written report
  
• November 3 – Conclusion due
  
• November 5 – Title page, Table of Contents and Abstract due. Abstract will be written in class, but students will need to type it on their own.
  
• November 9 – Poster boards due - bring to class.

Failure to complete an assignment by the due date will result in a lunch detention.
