EVENTS FOR 2008-2009:

• 1st Mandatory PTO Meeting and Open School Night: 6:30 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2009.
• Harvest Festival: Sunday, October 11, 2009
• Red Ribbon Week: October 19-23, 2009
• Soup Bowl: Friday, January 22, 2010
• 2nd Mandatory PTO Meeting: 6:30 p.m., Thursday, January 28, 2010
• Catholic Schools Week: January 31 to Feb. 5, 2010
• Spring Auction: Saturday, April 16, 2009
• Year End Mandatory PTO Update and Awards Ceremony: 6:30 p.m., May 20, 2010.

To fit into your busy lifestyles, we will conduct quarterly PTO meetings instead of monthly meetings. Our website enables us to communicate quickly and more efficiently, therefore eliminating the need for monthly PTO meetings. We have also eliminated many of our smaller fundraisers so we can concentrate on the events listed above. We hope you find these changes helpful. We welcome your feedback.
