Science Fair News

The St. Michael Catholic School science fair will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2011. Friends and families are invited to the awards ceremony on the 17th from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Duffy Center. The top three projects in each category will have the opportunity to participate in the Sand Hills Regional Science Fair in March 2012.

Ms. Beth Romano is responsible for coordinating the Science Fair.

Details are outlines in the “Science Fair information” page, which includes a brief overview of expectations for Junior High students and deadlines for the various portions of the written report.  More details and helpful resources will be posted as the year progresses. It is never too early to start thinking of a project that interests you! To get a head-start, take a look at the “Science Fair Web Links” to ideas for various projects. While it is useful to see what others have done, the best projects are those that are created and designed by you.
